Paleo Pro, LLC. actively supports the sale of its products on Amazon by retaining sole rights to sell Paleo Pro (PP) products and encourages advertising and promotion of its products by its domestic dealers and sales representatives through materials provided by Paleo Pro.

Effective February 1, 2019, a NEW Amazon Selling Policy and Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Agreement on all Paleo Pro products will be in effect. This policy applies to all resellers, distributors and sales representatives. We have implemented these policies to preserve our strong reputation for providing customers with solid brand recognition and perceived high value products. We greatly appreciate the efforts of all resellers to distribute our products and support their customers.

• The Amazon Selling Policy & MAP Agreement shall work under the following guidelines:
• The Minimum Advertised Price for any PP product shall not be less than 10% below the current Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) if sold online when shipping is provided free to the customer and not less than 20% when shipping is customer-paid. For brick and mortar retail locations, the MAP pricing will not be below 25% of the MSRP.
• The MAP policy applies to all advertisements of PP products in any and all media, including, but not limited to, flyers, posters, coupons, mailers, inserts, newspapers, magazines, catalogs, mail order catalogs, email newsletters, email solicitations, Internet or similar electronic media, television, radio, and public signage. The MAP policy is not applicable to any in-store advertising that is displayed only in the store and not distributed to any customer(s).
• The inclusion in advertising of free or discounted products (whether made by PP or another manufacturer) with a product covered by the MAP policy would be contrary to the policy if it has the effect of discounting the advertised price of the covered product below the MAP.
• If pricing is displayed, any strike-through or other alteration of the MAP is prohibited.
• MAP does not establish maximum advertised prices. All dealers and sales representatives may offer PP products at any price in excess of the MAP. Internet auctions may not display or have reserved bid or other acceptable prices below the MAP price.
• Negotiated Contracts: From time to time it may be explicitly approved by Paleo Pro in writing to sell certain PP products at below MAP pricing. The discount amount and length of time will be determined at the time of this approved promotion by Paleo Pro, LLC.
• E-Bay and Other Auction Web Sites Policy: “Buy it Now” options must be listed at a price equal to MAP or greater. For auctions the reserve and/or opening bids must start at MAP without a “Buy it Now” option. Best Offer auctions are not allowed.
• Regardless of where the reseller, customer, distributor, or sales representative acquired Paleo Pro products they are prohibited from listing those items for sale on Amazon
• Intentional or repeated failure to abide by these policies will result in termination of our continued business relationship. PP does not intend to do business with resellers, distributors, or sales representatives who degrade the image of PP and its products. PP may not provide prior notice or issue warnings before taking any action under this policy

This Amazon Selling Policy & MAP Agreement has been established by Paleo Pro to help ensure the legacy of Paleo Pro as a top producer of products tailored for the ‘paleo’ lifestyle using only the highest quality ingredients available and to protect the reputation of its name and products. These policies are also designed to ensure dealers and sales representatives have the incentive to invest resources into services for Paleo Pro customers.
