Blueberry Almond Waffles

whole30_marissa Rise & Shine because because it’s WAFFLE WEDNESDAY & today’s waffles are Blueberry Almond Waffles {recipe below}

These waffles were AMAZING!! Of course, the toppings make them even better! I topped my Blueberry Almond Waffles with Blueberries, Banana Slices, Pumpkin and Butternut Squash Mash, Superfoods, Lemon Berry Chia Clusters and a drizzle of Coconut Butter and Ghee Sooo good, soooo Paleo && sooo HEALTHY

How to makes these YUMMY waffles: 

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 C of @birchbenders 
  • 1 Scoop of @paleoproproducts Naked Collagen
  • 2 Tbsps of Milled Flaxseed
  • 1/3 C of @foragerproject Wild Blueberry Yogurt (makes it so CREAMY)
  • 1 tsp of Baking Soda
  • 1/4 C of Water
  • 1 tsp of Almond Extract

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients together & put in a waffle maker!!
