Lisa Reed Fitness Pro & TV Fitness Expert featured our PaleoPro Pumpkin Spice flavor on a segment for Fox 5 Morning News, “Get Fit for the Holidays.” Lisa started with a few fitness tips, one of them being to stop weighing in every day but instead to weigh in on wednesday. When you weigh in once a week you are less likely to sabotage your weight loss goals.
