@loroxburgh Came up with a “Get Glowing” delicious and nutritious smoothie recipe using her favorite Protein Powder and Bone Broth Collagen Powder – Aztec vanilla by @PaleoPro
One of the best things I love about Paleo Pro is it’s super clean and they really focus on top quality ingredients #farmtoshake – so no soy, sugar, dairy or gluten. Plus they use non–GMO natural flavors – and it you like the sweetened version they use Monk Fruit extract so it’s naturally sweetened with zero calories.
I’ve tried a lot of different ways of eating and soooo many products and I truly believe this is the best way to start the day full of superfoods and nutrients – we need good quality protein to balance our blood sugar and fuel up for our busy lives and this is the perfect way to get it. Plus as an expert in fascia – also known as connective tissue – the collagen in PaleoPro will really help feed your fascia, build strength and resilience in your connective tissue, decrease wrinkles, while also giving you a glow from the inside out.
But maybe the best thing is it’s delicious. With two young kids, sometimes the struggle is getting something into them before we all rush out the door in the morning and our whole family loves this – and you will too! Enjoy.
