Pumpkin Protein Pancakes

@littlemissfoodie shared a Pumpkin Protein Pancake with PaleoPro Pumpkin Spice Protein. 

At least one day of your weekend should always include pancakes. These pancakes are my favorite – fluffy, filling, flavorful, versatile and serves 2 (but you might not want to share)! 🥞


  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp organic pumpkin
  • 1/2 scoop @paleoproproducts pumpkin spice protein
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Topped with-

  • Cashew butter
  • Maple syrup
  • Mulberries
  • Raspberries
  • Pumpkin seeds
