At least one day of your weekend should always include pancakes. These pancakes are my favorite – fluffy, filling, flavorful, versatile and serves 2 (but you might not want to share)! 🥞
Blend-
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp organic pumpkin
- 1/2 scoop @paleoproproducts pumpkin spice protein
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Topped with-
- Cashew butter
- Maple syrup
- Mulberries
- Raspberries
- Pumpkin seeds
