Blend-
- 1 cup roasted then frozen pumpkin spiced butternut – (at 375 for 25 mins in avo oil)
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 scoop @paleoproproducts pumpkin spice protein {26g!}
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds
- 3/4 cup almond milk
Topped with-
- maple cinnamon
- more butternut
- cacao nibs
- pumpkin seeds
