All the fall flavors going on in here 🙃 steamed and froze the sweet potato last night before and it made this bowl so damn thick and creamy Added in some paleo recovery powder from @paleoproproducts (made with just air dried sweet potatoes and egg protein) for some added vitamins and protein. So good!
- Blend
- 1-2 frozen bananas
- 1 steamed then frozen small sweet potato
- 1 scoop collagen protein
- 1 scoop paleo recovery powder @paleoproproducts
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut milk
- lots of cinnamon
- Topped With
- cacao nibs
- cinnamon raisin peanut butter
- pumpkin spice
- maple cinnamon grainless granola
