- 1-1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbs hemp seeds
- 1-2 tsp maca powder.
- Then add
- 3/4-1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 3/4 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 scoop @paleoproproducts ancient cocoa protein powder.
- Top with
- banana slices
- cocoa nibs
- unsweetened coconut flakes
- almond butter.
