Our story

Real food protein.
Nothing else.

Paleo Pro started in a kitchen, not a lab. One man rebuilding his body with real food, and a protein powder he couldn't find anywhere — so he made it.

A letter from the founder

It started with a hospital bed and a rule.

After a life-altering accident left Doug unable to walk, doctors gave him a long road and no promises. He gave himself one rule: only real food. No fillers, no shortcuts, nothing he couldn't name.

Rebuilding a body takes protein — a lot of it. So he went looking for a powder that matched the way he was eating. Every bag on the shelf read like a chemistry set: whey his gut couldn't handle, sweeteners from a lab, gums and "proprietary blends" nobody could explain.

"I couldn't find a protein powder that matched the way I ate. So I made one."

Two proteins. One complete scoop.

Grass-fed beef protein isolate for the backbone. Egg white protein to round out the amino profile. Together they deliver every essential amino acid a protein can carry — with nothing along for the ride. That was the whole idea, and it still is.

The same way since day one

Paleo Pro went from Doug's kitchen to Sprouts and Whole Foods nationwide. The formula never changed. Five ingredients in the flavored scoop, three in Plain Naked. Every batch third-party tested, every result published. Over a decade later, the label still fits on one hand.

What we stand for

Three rules we don't break

01

Raised right

Grass-fed cattle on open pasture. Cage-free egg whites. If it isn't real food from the start, it isn't in the bag.

02

Made simple

Five ingredients you can name. No whey, no soy, no gums, no artificial anything. The shortest label in the aisle, on purpose.

03

Proven, not promised

Every batch is third-party tested for heavy metals, microbes, and label accuracy. We publish the results. If we can't cite it, we don't say it.
