Straight answers

The questions carnivores ask us most, answered plainly.

Still wondering?Write to info@paleopro.com. A real person reads every one.
Is it carnivore?

The protein is: grass-fed beef isolate and egg white, with no dairy, whey, grains, soy or plant protein. The bag calls it carnivore friendly.

Three of the five ingredients (sunflower lecithin, monk fruit and natural flavor) are there for mixing and taste, and they aren't animal. If you keep a zero-plant rule, the full list is above so you can make that call yourself.

Does it taste like beef?

The flavored versions are made with natural flavor and monk fruit to taste like vanilla, chocolate or mocha, not beef. Plain Naked is unflavored and neutral, for cooking, baking and smoothies.

Taste is personal, so you get 60 days to try it. If it's not for you, we refund it.

Does it clump?

It mixes in water. Shake it a few seconds longer than you would whey, since there's no milk in it to help it disperse.

Is there any dairy at all?

There are no milk ingredients: no whey, no casein, no lactose. It's also made without soy or gluten.

If you have a milk allergy, know this: the bag notes it's made in a facility that also processes milk, soy, tree nuts and wheat. It contains egg.
